Robotics World Championship

Last week, our Robotics Team(Young Hawks) attended to 2018 Vex IQ World Championship (the largest robotics competition as recognized by GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS) at Kentucky Expo Center in Louisville on April 29 through May 1. At robotics world championship 400 teams represented from 40 countries, such as Canada, USA, Mexico, Japon, China, Australia, New Zealand, Lebanon, and etc.

After 3 days of competition, Youngs Hawks got 69th place among 400 teams.Unfortunately. we didn’t advanced to final round.But, it was great opportunity for our students to attend such a huge event. Students had chance to play with other teams coming from Japon, Hong Kong, Canada. They loved being socialize with other kids. They had so much fun at the Expo Center.

We are extremely proud of our students and thankful for the hard work they put forth at this year’s competition. A special thanks to our students, parents, support staff and robotics coaches for all their support.
