On Thursday, September 13th, Horizon Science Academy Youngstown students attended the annual kickoff to Hispanic Heritage Month at the Youngstown Courthouse. Among the speakers were Youngstown Mayor Jamael Tito Brown and Youngstown State University President Jim Tressel. Our students learned the importance of celebrating culture and diversity.
