Red Ribbon Week

Red Ribbon Week is held nationally each year in October to raise awareness of the importance of healthy lifestyles for students.

HSAY celebrated Red Ribbon Week with special days throughout the week.

Wednesday, October 24th was Hat Day. Students “put a cap on” bad decisions.

Thursday, October 25th was Sports Day. Students “teamed up” against alcohol and drugs.

Friday, October 26th was Red Day. In honor of all those affected by alcohol, drugs, and bullying, HSAY students and staff wore red as a sign of togetherness.
