On Saturday, October 22nd, our CYSP students gathered together for Make a Difference Day. This is a national event that takes place on the fourth Saturday in October. This is one of the largest service days in America. Volunteers from all over the U.S.A. get together to help improve local communities. Along with other groups around the Youngstown community, our students helped pick up 125 tires, 207 bags of trash, and 4 tractor trailers full of debris and overgrowth. Over 1,100 feet of sidewalk were cleaned to make it safer for walking. A special thank you to all of our CYSP students and staff who participated to help revitalize Youngstown!
